International survey about the prevalence of mental and physical symptoms

This study investigates the prevalence of certain symptoms (including psychological, physical, cognitive and sexual symptoms, e.g. headaches, weight gain or loss, dizziness, nightmares, inhibited sexuel desire, anxiety, restlessness) in different countries

 

Dear participants,

 

we would like to thank you for your interest in this study. With your participation you are helping us to get a better understanding of mental illnesses and its treatments. Furthermore you are supporting me with my doctoral thesis at the University of Witten/Herdecke.

 

Aim of the study:

The aim of this study is to gather and compare experiences and changes of symptoms in different populations. Participating is voluntary. Your data will be collected anonymously and treated confidentialy. Please note that the following questions refer to personal health conditions. In case you start to feel uncomfortable while completing the questionnaire, you can rescind the study without giving a reason.

The study will take approximately 20 to 45 minutes to complete. Unfortunately, an interruption is not possible.

At the end of the survey you can specify whether you want to participate in a raffle of 5 vouchers worth 20€ from an online shop of your choice.

Who can participate?

You can participate in this study if...

  • you have reached the age of majority (i.e. this depends on your country)

  • you speak English fluently

  • you have not participated in the online study "Häufigkeit von Symptomen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland"
