As part of a cooperation project between the Dresden University of Fine Arts, postgraduate course in art therapy, the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Economics and Environment (HfWU) and the professorship for Quality of Life, Spirituality and Coping at the University of Witten/Herdecke, we would like to conduct an anonymous survey. It is about the importance of spirituality in its complexity both in the context of the creative arts therapies (in the sense of the creative aspect) and your private life concerns.
Participation is, of course, voluntary. All data from the survey will be treated as strictly confidential and only processed anonymously. It is expressly emphasized that all information you have given here can’t be associated with you. The concerns of confidentiality and data protection are fully respected.
You will need about 20 minutes to complete it. Please read the questions carefully and try to find an answer quickly and without thinking too long and tick the appropriate box on the sheet (please only one cross for each question). There is no such thing as “right” or “wrong”.
By filling out and submitting the questionnaire anonymously, you declare your consent to participation and anonymous processing of the statements.
Alexandra Modesta Hopf, Johannes Junker and Arndt Büssing
