The processing of the survey data serves the sole purpose of recording the nominations.
Only the information that you give us directly via the fields of the online survey is included in the data record.
Connection data that are also stored in the background for technical reasons by your end device are stored separately from the survey data. They will only be processed for a short time (e.g. for purposes of system maintenance and troubleshooting) and only by the system administrator. This data is generally excluded from processing for the purpose of the survey.
The survey data is kept only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the specific purpose. This is expected to last until December 2024. After that, the data will be deleted or made anonymous in such a way that a reference to your person can no longer be established. Any further processing of personal data or transmission to third parties outside of UW/H is not planned.
The legal basis for processing the data is your voluntary consent according to Art. 6 (1) a GDPR, which you can give by calling up the first page of the online survey. UW/H processes the additional background data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f GDPR in legitimate self-interest, but exclusively for the purpose of maintaining their web systems.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your survey data at any time without any adverse consequences for you. To do this, please contact the above mentioned contact person.
Please note that a request for deletion can only be fulfilled for data that can be clearly assigned to you personally.
